At Kozo Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack with Care

Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to ensure the product arrives back in pristine condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
